Michelle Branch: Singer Arrested For Slapping Husband

Reports says, Grammy-winning singer Michelle Branch slapped her husband The Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney and got arrested.

Incident took place on thursday morning i.e 11th August, 22 in her Nashville home.

At around 2 a.m Police reached destination where possible domestic disturbance took place.

Branch on the spot admitted to cops that she slapped her husband one or two times across the face.

Although there were no visible injuries in Carney's face. She told police it all happened during an argument.

Michelle was arrested in domestic assault case after her this statement.

According to court documents, her bail was set at US$1000.

The couple were married in 2019 and lived with their two children. It all happened after she announced her split from Patrick.

She was released after her bail was paid in order to breastfeed her 6 month old baby.
