Naomi Judd Died of a Gunshot: Post-mortem has Confirmed

Country singer Naomi Judd died on April 30, 2022 at the age of 76, but the real reason behind her death has now been revealed.

A post-mortem examination report confirmed what Judd's family members had previously said about how she passed on.

According to the autopsy report, the cause of death was suicide.

A weapon and a suicidal note were found near her dead body.

She was suffering from depression and was also dealing with bipolar disorder.

Several prescription drugs were found in her body, which she used to treat her mental illness.

Her daughters have filed a petition which requests the release of any documents related to their mother's death.
