The announcement of Biden's decision to drop student loans for a large number of Americans created a ruckus this week. However, what are the students' views on this?

Elizabeth Johnson, a student at UNC, said that she upholds Biden excusing loans.

She added: "Individuals are paying huge amounts of cash, and the loans aren't exactly changing. In light of the fact that financing costs are so steep, this pardon helps to nullify some of that."

Jasmine, second year student said: "To get an education in this country, it ought not be a weighty monetary weight on someone, it shouldn't be an issue."

Black graduates owe $25,000 more in the debt than their white partners. Biden's credit pardoning plan will help the Black people group.

Other said: "It would consider numerous Americans, especially African-Americans now, to seek after the chance of house purchasing and property possession on account of the ongoing debt proportion."

Kent, a professor told, "There is no particular committed revenue for extra expenses related with this arrangement, it will just add to the national debt."

This loan forgiveness plan could cost over $1 trillion which  will , another professor added.
